Most orders are processed the same day as
orders are placed. Please be sure to provide us with your accurate information including shipping address, delivery date (the date that you want your order to be delivered) and delivery location such as home or hospital location. Deliveries can be made to the United States and Canada. Certain zip code may or may not available for delivery. Please read our FAQs for more information.
Most order require a service charge of 9.95 - 12.95 for delivery. This service charge will be add to your total at check out. Please be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delay deliveries due to incorrect shipping address.
• Given the proper care, flowers should last anywhere from 5-10 days. Iris will last 3 – 5 days.
• Our roses are only partially de-thorned. De-thorning damages the stems and severely inhibits the vase life of the roses. Removing the thorns can frequently cause lesions, which create an “air lock” in the stem and prevent the uptake of water.
• There are guard petals around the outside of a rose bud, which can be removed if damaged during shipping.
• We cannot cancel or change an order the day of shipping (one day prior to the requested delivery date). If a tracking number is assigned to the shipment, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations will take place.
• Close to floral holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas), we cannot change or cancel any shipments unless we are notified three days prior to the requested delivery date.
• We can generally service Tuesday to Saturday deliveries.
• Our cut-off time for next day US arrivals is 4 p.m. Eastern Time one day prior to the requested delivery date. Some selections are currently available until 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Our cut-off time for next day Canadian arrivals is 12 p.m. Eastern Time one day prior to the requested delivery date.
• Most Plant products have a cut-off time of 1:30 pm Eastern Time and/or are not available for Canadian or Hawaii destinations. Add ons are not available with most Plant products.
